We are no longer accepting k-8th grade students on the waitlist.
Registration for the '26-'27 school year will open in March 2026.

Review the Website

Please review the details about H.E.A.R.T. on the website and the responsibilities of both parents and students here.

Join the Applicant Pool
There are limited openings in the grade levels served by H.E.A.R.T. Because of our enrollment limitation, your child(ren) may be put on the wait list. By May 1st, you will be notified of your child’s enrollment status via email. By June 15th, you will receive a confirmation email including instructions on how to schedule your volunteer responsibilities. If your children must be put on the wait list, the email will explain that and your check will be destroyed. You will be notified if a spot becomes available. ​

Review the Service Commitment
Please review the Service Commitment and make sure that you are clear about your service obligation.

Submit Registration Fee
Please make your check payable to the Village Church of Barrington for the amount of the one-time registration fee and service hour payment ($52.50/session if you are not planning to fulfill your service hour commitment).

Prepare for the Year
Once accepted into H.E.A.R.T., you will want to get prepared for the school year by purchasing supplies.

Monthly tuition installments are due on the first Thursday of each month. Tuition may be paid in advance. Material Fees are due at the beginning of each semester.
